For example, you are looking for someone to fill an outside sales position. This usually requires one type of personality as opposed to a Customer Service position which requires another. We set up the system so that when your applicants take the assessment, they will be color coded according to how well their personality matches the position they are applying for. For the Sales position, we would look for a person who is outgoing, results driven and would like to work independently, while for the Customer Service position, you would look for one who is more relational, detail oriented and works well in a team. The system can even be set to sort by other requirements such as years of experience, education level, and certification or licensure.
