The TEAMS Thinking Styles report increases team members’ understanding and appreciation for each others’:

Please Note: This is not a group report, but instead an individual thinking style assessment, which can be used for team building. If all 5 thinking styles are present within a team, the team will likely be effective from conception to execution and will excel at group thought. If there are any major gaps or overlaps in styles, it’s important to identify these, understand them, and compensate.
