For physical products:

We guarantee our products to be of the highest quality however, if you should discover your product to be defective in construction, we will be happy to replace your product. Please call customer service at +1-800-779-3472 and notify of defect immediately and we will ship replacement product to you.

If you wish to return a product for any other reason besides product defects, you may return under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • All material must be in unused and resalable condition.
  • Returned product postage will be paid for by customer.
  • No cash refunds will be issued.
  • You will receive a credit to your account for the amount of product returned.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to your account credit.
  • Custom materials can not be returned.

For electronic products:

We will refund electronic product purchases as a credit to your PeopleKeys account. No cash or credit card refunds will be processed on electronic products purchased online from one of our storefronts.

For electronic and live courses:

In the event of a live course cancellation, we will refund your course in the form of an account credit. You may use that credit for another live course or for any other PeopleKeys product purchases.
