PeopleKeys’ Accreditations for Continuing Education & Training

Accredited IACET Provider

PeopleKeys is certified by The International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), the international standard of learning excellence. Many companies accept IACET credits toward work reimbursement or other continuing education endeavors. PeopleKeys is the only DISC provider that is an IACET authorized provider of IACET CEUs.  You can earn up to 3 CEUs by completing our Certified Behavioral Consultant (CBC) course. This follows the formula of 1 CEU for every 10 hours of training. It is estimated, with practicum (using DISC assessments) there would be approximately 30 hours of total instruction and practicum time.

SHRM Recertification Provider

The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) is a staple to all those in HR. Persons who have their SHRM certification can use our credits toward their recertification, which must be completed every 3 years to maintain certification. With the PeopleKeys Certified Behavioral Consultant combined course, you are eligible to earn 30 PDCs towards recertification. A total of 60 PDC are needed every three years. To be eligible you must have your SHRM certification and complete the full CBC course. Upon course completion, you will receive a control number on your certificate that you must submit to SHRM in order to receive your credits.
