What are PDC credits?

PDC stands for Professional Development Credit. PDCs are required for SHRM certified members to maintain their certification.

Who needs PDC credits?

SHRM certified professionals are required to earn 60 professional development credits (PDCs) every three years, demonstrating learning by advancing your education, advancing your organization, and advancing your profession.

As you earn your PDCs toward your recertification, you can track your activity inside your SHRM portal. All courses you attend are automatically loaded.

How do you obtain PDC credits for PeopleKeys courses taken?

Upon course completion, notify your PeopleKeys account manager or email customer.service@peoplekeys.com to request your certificate containing a SHRM PDC control number. You will need to provide that control number to SHRM in order to receive your PDCs for that course.
